The work draws on news imagery from environmental protests and the subjects are everyday citizens seeking climate justice and demanding urgent action by government and business. Individuals are increasingly embroiled in arrests at peaceful protests, with many now sentenced to multi year jail terms. The work explores these violent tensions during this time in humanity's history, when the increasing social change is so at odds with the political will.
